Whitman Police Station

The original Whitman Police Station was squeezed into 7,500 sq. ft. in the back of the Town hall. The building had a number of issues that needed to be addressed, including code compliance and a lack of accessibility.  Our firm proposed a new 17,000 square foot, 2-story Police Station as a part of the Feasibility Study we completed for the Town. The new station was designed to be inviting and attractive, to contain safer quarters, and more space for the Department and its functions. After presenting the study, the Town wanted to move forward quickly. We completed the programming, design, and construction documents in less than 6 months, and construction in fewer than 12.
