She specializes in organizational strategy, team coordination, and onboarding, with a focus on building efficient systems that enable collaboration and innovation.

Prior to joining Context, Leah spent over a decade in operational and client-facing roles across professional services, finance, and nonprofit organizations, where she led process improvements, employee engagement initiatives, and program delivery.

Leah studied at Oakland University. She is passionate about creating strong teams, fostering supportive workplace cultures, and driving organizational success through thoughtful operations management.
