David is a registered architect with over a decade of experience delivering public-sector, institutional, housing, and mixed-use projects from design through construction. Experienced in Chapter 149 procurement, the EOHLC House Doctor program, accessibility compliance, and code-driven renovations, with a proven ability to lead construction administration, consultant coordination, and cost/risk management for complex projects. With prior owner-side experience at UMASS Design & Construction Management, he brings a strong understanding of project delivery from multiple perspectives, supported by sound judgment, clear communication, and steady execution in highly accountable environments.
