Additions and extensive renovations to the existing 16,000 sq. ft. Bedford Police Station. The work consists of two building additions totaling approximately 4,200 sq. ft., along with comprehensive interior renovations throughout the facility. Improvements include site upgrades, drainage systems, new utilities, and complete upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, as well as new interior finishes.
Interior renovations focused on modernizing and reconfiguring key operational areas, including upgrades to the Dispatch area and Patrol Suite. The former Bedford Historical Society offices, located within the older portion of the building, was repurposed into a new Administration Suite. The additions provide a new and expanded training room, enhanced locker facilities, dedicated evidence storage and processing areas, and a new Roll Call room, supporting improved functionality, security, and operational efficiency for the department.
