The Brunswick police department had been operating out of the town hall basement for 40 years, with all their storage off-site. After extensive interviewing of senior staff a Space Needs Study was developed that identified 24,000 sq. ft. of space needed for the next 25 years. By referencing the study and working with the Town’s Building Committee, a series of design options were developed, down-selected, and refined, until we arrived at a suitable facility that could serve the Town’s needs for years to come.
